Rating notification doesn’t have any relation with the form to work. Metform’s functionality will still work if you haven’t rate it or don’t want to rate it.
We have several options on the rating notification. If you don’t want to rate it then you can simply close it by choosing this option from here (screenshot) which will close the notification.
But if you have any specific issue with the rating notification please explain it in details so we can understand it clearly. If we understand the issue clearly, we will definitely help you to fix it and if the issue is generating from our plugin we will fix it on our end also.
