    Hi @dbase66 ,

    Benjir here from the Customer Success team at Poptin. Hope you are doing well.

    I see the Poptin plugin didn’t work for you and created a fatal error that could happen due to plugin conflicts which are common in WordPress. You can install the Poptin installation script manually on your WordPress website’s header.php file before the ending of <head> tag which will also work perfectly.

    Here is the Poptin installation code for you –
    <script id='pixel-script-poptin' src='https://cdn.popt.in/pixel.js?id=f2bed5623369b' async='true'></script>

    We look forward to hearing back from you and really want to make Poptin work for you ??

    Cheers!

    @dbase66 your account was deleted ??

    I’m sorry to hear you had some PHP issues with the plugin. This is the first time it’s been reported to us. Can you please email me directly so I can try debugging it and ensure it’s a specific issue, and not a general one? I promise it won’t take long. My personal email is [email protected]

    As you can see from our other reviews, we put a lot of effort into customer support and product ??

    For your good communication i will increase my vote!

    @dbase66 Thank you ??

    I just tested it with WPS Hide Login and it worked great for me, here’s a video: https://www.screenpresso.com/=GZpXe

    Any chance we can debug it further together and see what caused the problem?

    I have deinstalled the plugin.

    But after installation of WPS Hide Plugin, did you logged out and loggedin again?

    (@galdub)

    @dbase66 I tried that flow, and it still works fine for me, so I think something else causes this. Do you think we can debug it together? ??
