These frequent updates allow us to stay current with new features, bugfixes, SEO developments, compatibility with other plugins and more. That said, are you experiencing any issues with the plugin update notifications (i.e. the update notification still shows up after you’ve udated the plugin)? If so, please elaborate on the problem you’re having so that we can provide you with better assistance.
