    we can’t offer a refund for you. You should research about it before buy (such a rude way of saying to customer, without a single compromise)

    I have never been so unsatisfied that I have to write a review before. This is so bad.

    I’m going to give the author an opportunity to reply (no link, just words) then I am going to close this review from further comments.

    There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial, pro, refund conversations have no place in these forums.

    The one exception is reviews. When a plugin or theme upsells either here or in the user’s dashboard then that feedback is permitted. But not the conversation and that’s why I will close this review from further comments once the author replies.
