Worst Experience

  • Worst experience I’ve had with this plugin. The supplier’s shop page is constantly crooked, either full width or in the upper left corner. According to css, the container is stretched by more than 2000 pixels, where do these numbers come from? Design is constantly made for light sites. IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE EVERYTHING FROM THE PARENT? Tried more than twenty different themes, all the same problem. I deleted this plugin to hell and I do not advise anyone to use it. It is immediately clear that the developers did everything on purpose in a crooked way, so that later they could help only for the thieves version, although this is not help, but more like a request to correct their mistakes.

    We are really sorry to hear about your experience. We tried to figure out if you contacted us regarding the issue that you mentioned. We did not find any point of contact except for this topic which was already resolved.

    Problems regarding the single store page is mostly generated from the themes that we can say from our previous experiences. There are thousands theme for WordPress and they are targeted on varied niches. It’s pretty tough for a plugin to make it compatible with all kinds of themes.

    Could you please share some of the theme’s name that you tried so that we can try to reproduce the issue locally and see if the issue is coming from Dokan’s end or the theme’s end? We will be looking forward to hearing back from you.
