Worst Customer Support EVER

I bought this them because it looked good and said it was compatible with WooCommerce. It seemed to be working fine until on Dec 1st, it stopped letting WooCommerce complete sales. I contacted the company for support and, still today, January 19th, the have still not fixed the issue.

Not only do they take up to a week to reply to any email about the issue, but they still have not fixed it. I had contacted WooCommerce first and they responded right away, took me through a bunch of steps, including checking all of the other plugins and, as soon as we tried a different theme, everything worked again. So, I contacted Acme Themes (makers of this theme by Dec 3rd. All they ever say is that it is not their theme and that they find nothing wrong with their theme.

I ended up having to have a 3rd party developer find me a work around and build me a new site which is currently in development. But the whole thing basically made me miss the entire Holiday Sales season.

I asked for a refund, and I have gotten neither a response nor a refund.

Avoid Acme. When their products fail, they completely leave you hanging. If I could give zero stars, I would.
