]]>Using the “Get PRO – Multiple Accounts Edition” link from the settings of your plugin I got to this page:

I picked the “Pay with credit card” version. Made the payment and received an email from “OWS Software, Inc”. This was on January 26th.
Sent two emails, one on January 30th and another yesterday (Feb 2nd) to [email protected].
As I didn’t get any answers, I called the number in the email: (888) 707-5010.
When answered, transferred to “sales” and was told I was “first in line”.
After 15m waiting, (obviously there was nobody at the other end), I hang up.
]]>You placed an order on NextScripts.com
You haven’t contacted us here on this forum.
You didn’t open a support ticket on OUR website https://www.nextscripts.com/support
You haven’t contacted us via our special “contact us” form located on OUR WEBSITE NextScripts.com (Web site where you placed an order!)
Instead, you called and send emails to some other non-related company??????
Of course, you didn’t get any response. We are not “OWS Software, Inc”. We are “NextScripts.com”.
Your invoice email that you got actually says “Payment to OWS Software, Inc/Nextscripts.com”. We both use the same payment provider but they have absolutely nothing to do with our products.
]]>THANK YOU FOR BLAMING THE CUSTOMER for your own problems.
Why exactly I contacted them/you?
Because it was EXACTLY the ONLY information provided in the confirmation receipt I received.
You say “they have absolutely nothing to do with our products”, but your site, on this page (https://www.nextscripts.com/software-license-agreement-pro-plugins-and-apis-terms-of-use/) states:
“In this Agreement “Licensor” shall mean NextScripts.com as an independent part of OWS Software”
The worst of all this ridiculous conversation, of ME HAVING TO JUSTIFY MYSELF, is that none of this would have happened if I had received (AFTER 7 DAYS WAITING), the information and/or product I PAID FOR.
So, to summarize….
You are WRONG for not having delivered the product IN 7 DAYS
You are WRONG for sending me a confirmation email from a company, you claim, has nothing to do with your product
You are WRONG, for blaming me for believing that this is a scam (which I’m still in doubt, considering that I didn’t receive anything yet).
And you are WRONG, for not being concerned at all with customer satisfaction.
So, the main question is:
WILL I GET WHAT I PAID FOR?
