We just wanted to address and resolve the issue you’re facing with our tool before initiating a refund.
During the investigation –
- We found that one of your existing plugins is adding the extra query parameter ”?redirect_to_checkout” with the funnel page URL.
- We also noticed that when the UTM parameter is set up for a funnel, that plugin does not add ”?redirect_to_checkout” because it already detects a parameter in the URL (the UTM parameter).
- Your web developer Arif Raza mentioned in his findings that the redirection URL is coming through WooCommerce plugin.
We tried to make things work for you and we appreciate your cooperation during the process.
