• The service is atrocious. Having worked with many funnel providers, this is hands down the worst funnel service and customer support ever received. One single ticket took over a month to and still is unresolved.

    Not only that – but their 15-day policy is absolutely unrealistic.

    DO NOT PURCHASE. Youre better off with Funnel Kit.

    I want to assure you that your refund request has been noted when you first mentioned about it.

    We just wanted to address and resolve the issue you’re facing with our tool before initiating a refund.

    During the investigation –

    • We found that one of your existing plugins is adding the extra query parameter ”?redirect_to_checkout” with the funnel page URL.
    • We also noticed that when the UTM parameter is set up for a funnel, that plugin does not add ”?redirect_to_checkout” because it already detects a parameter in the URL (the UTM parameter).
    • Your web developer Arif Raza mentioned in his findings that the redirection URL is coming through WooCommerce plugin.

    We tried to make things work for you and we appreciate your cooperation during the process.

    We are genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience.
    Sadly you do not want to use our plugin anymore and we respect your decision.

    We will initiate a refund for you as soon as possible.
