    This is by far the worst company on earth. I tried uploading funds and they blocked my account and wont accept to refund me treating me like im a thief and stole my money. I escalated the claim to paypal and their customer service is simply by far the worse i’ve ever encountered. NEVER work with this company.. and this is why: their trustpilot positive review has been bought you even get a message from trustpilot informing you that, and 2nd is because they advertise that they are trustworthy on dnb, but their duns number has been revoked.. u can check it urself.. they are really bad !! STAY AWAY

    What you claim here is far from what has actually happened. The best evidence for this would be the fragments of our Skype conversation – we can make it public to provide a wider context. You used phrases such as “the funds I sent u were not from my bank but from a friend who sent them” or “even if I #%@ stole the money its none of ur business”. This clearly evokes associations with a money laundering business.

    To make it worse, the ID document you submitted turned out to be past its expiry date. Invalid ID documents always put us on alert.

    As of now, the payment provider you have used has been requested to return the sum that you have paid in full. So you should have received the full sum by now.
    In the course of our Skype talk you also insisted on us giving you a refund for the purchase you have made. As if that was not enough, you did not provide us with any evidence of the transfer. No confirmation of the transaction, no proof of you adding the funds – that looked more than suspicious.

    It’s commonly known that all Trustpilot users – including CodesWholesale.com have the right to invite their customers to review the service. Overall, this will help us improve the platform. Even Trustpilot allows users to leave comments on its service.

    Last but not least, this lacks solid evidence and a proof to the contrary can be verified easily. Overall, we always have the security of our users in mind and that’s why we strive to exclude individuals who display such behaviour from the platform entirely.

    Monday I am going to post proof for u that ur duns is not valid and that ur trustpilot are not legit…

    Also one more thing, i never said my paypal account was not legit.. You asked me for the funds source, i normally have my american express linked to my account but the paypal payment i sent you was from a friend owing me money who sent them. I explained that and you went and assumed i stole this money ..

    Regarding my expired passport, when i dont travel i dont always renew my passport.. does this mean Im not legit? or is it a different passport.. expired or not it was still my passport and u had my national ID card which miserably you rejected due to unknown and unexplained reasons..

    I then explained that i have another passport from another country coz i have 2 passports, and u refused to take that even though that passport was valid.

    Bottom line is you are plain lying about the facts, and twisting them to ur liking which is totally low from a company that does such a business.

    Also you never provide ur phone number, if ur that legit then please post ur number here i would like to contact you.. if anybody smart enough and knows about duns they know that they NEVER give you a duns number without providing the full details of a company that includes the phone number. I will post a screenshot showing duns uae saying that ur duns is not valid after providing ur company name SUMMANUS LTD or whatever that is that u call a company, just give me till monday ill post it all ..

    The whole situation is unfortunate and points at some money-laundering practices. Note however that we do not claim that you are involved in such practices – it’s just we as a company are obliged to mitigate the risk of frauds. As you already know, theres is very little room for exceptions in our anti-fraud policy. It is therefore obvious that clients who make an order with a card of unknown origin or use “my friend” type of explanation keep us alert.

    We would like to remind you that all the documents resellers submit should be valid. Please note that you were informed about this explicitly before becoming a CodesWholesale user. The document you submitted was clearly invalid therefore your account has been blocked. You also failed to submit a valid ID later on.

    First of all, the fact that we do not provide the company’s phone number does not preclude us from receiving a DUNS number. In fact, as our business is mostly digitally oriented, our preferred way of communication are emails and messengers.

    To sum up, our clients have always been at the core of the services we offer. That is why we always handle their questions with the utmost care. Clearly, our security standards are too high for you and consequently, they do not meet your expectations. We do understand this and therefore all the funds have been returned to your balance.

    You are not in any way forced to work with us – you will surely find a plethora of other businesses whose security standards are lower and thus less secure on the market. Please do not expect our company to abandon our anti-fraud measures to your liking. Harsh as they may seem, they remain a rock-solid warrant of security for thousands of our partners.
