• I paid the Pro version for none of the extra options to be AVAILABLE since December 2020 I’ve been asking the developing team for the extra options and they all keep saying that next month, now it’s been more than 5 months and still not working, Haven’t been able to USE IT, i have asked for a refund and finally i got it! sorry about the late Update of this review, they gave me a free Pro License and i tried using it again in a new Hosting service with unlimited space and bandwidth and still doesn’t work even with the costume code the team did wrote to help so Still haven′t been able to USE IT, in the end i uninstall it.

    We believe this to be quite an unfair review.

    First of all, it pertains to the premium plugin – not the free plugin which you can download from the WordPress plugin directory.

    Regarding the user’s claims:

    Haven’t been able to USE IT

    The issue was that his server is lacking the space for taking the backup.

    Regarding the other issues he faced, we went the extra mile and created new plugin versions specifically for his issues, so that those get fixed for him (which worked). We also responded swiftly, which he even appreciated explicitly. That seems to be forgotten now.

    We always said that we will *try* to add the extra features soon. Apparently, the user overread that, and took it as a guarantee. Which it was not – our clear priority has always been to make the core plugin robust and stable, rather than adding additional features too quickly.

    i have asked for a refund and DIDN’T GOT MY MONEY BACK

    We never declined any refund (we want our users to be happy). What happened is that we asked the user for the email address he used when purchasing the product, and he gave us an incorrect one. Our support team therefore couldn’t find the purchase and refund it. The support team then wanted to align with the rest of the team (which was offline at the time) to find out which the correct email address was but forgot, and then also didn’t follow up with the user to ask for the correct one. That was our mistake, however after this was discovered we immediately processed the refund. @edllta Please confirm that you received the refund.

    We explained all of this to the user. Also, after refunding him we gave him a free premium license. But despite several follow-ups he didn’t take action to correct this review.

    @migrate I have flagged your account for moderation and I am closing this review from further comments. I’m going to address somethings before I do.

    You revealed a person’s name and that’s not good and is being reported to the plugins team. That was not cool.

    Had the reviewer done that, had they revealed their name then that may have been different. They did not; you did. I do not know if you are correct or not but that does not matter. People publishing their own details is OK. Other people doing it for them is not, especially when making a accusations.

    Do not repeat that again. That is akin to posting emails here. That gets users in trouble when found too.

    First of all, it pertains to the premium plugin – not the free plugin which you can download from the WordPress plugin directory.

    You use the plugin page on this site to advertise your “Pro” version. That means you invited reviews about that experience. This review is valid for that reason.

    If that is a problem for you then contact the Plugins team and they can walk you through the self-service closure of your plugin. The plugin will be removed from this site but the reviews will remain. Once your plugin is removed then no one can leave any new reviews.

    If you wish to reply to a negative review then I suggest you try to do so in a reconciliatory way. Or not, your reply is up to you. But do not reveal any personal details about other people. That’s not cool and gets removed when found.

    The reviewer did not make this into a refund review, they described their experience.

    For any pro or commercial product support users should contact the you, the developer, directly on your site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

    As you are aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure any pro users looking for support or a refund will have no problems contacting you there.
