Disrespectful support. WARNING careful with money back policy. They do not return the money. I was assailed by these thieves !!!!! swindlers !!

How so? I started with the free version, bought the pro and now have the dev version. The guys have been superb with support, always within a few hours during working hours. They provided lots of detail in their responses and custom scripts which they would normally charge for. Can’t fault them or the quality of the product. How is it that your experience is so different from mine?

3- At some point you requested a custom development (for features not
includes and not advertised as part of the plugin) and you didn’t agree with
the quote provided for the custom development you were requesting.According to the above, you are posting this message because you didn’t
agree with the quote you requested for a custom development over the plugin.
This review isn’t about the plugin or its support service but about the
quote of a custom development service, maybe because we have not understood the project requirements completely.The support service does not force us to accept the customization services in the terms you are requesting, our plugin is distributed with the source code in plain mode, and you are free to hire any other developer to implement your project.
We provide answer to the 100% of support requests for both the free and paid
versions o the plugin (you can check that in this online support forum) and
we have a guarantee over the features advertised as part of the plugin. I
don’t think your comment and review reflects the true about this plugin and

The support has been unable to understand my questions and needs, creating barriers to solutions.
In no way I had productive response in support. I was very direct with my doubts, I drew my doubts and made a point not to understand.The promise of customization US $ 25/1 hour does not exist !!!!!
I was estimated $ 2,000 to do what I need. This represents 80 hours of specialized service.
I would never imagine that after buying the license I have to pay for 80 hours of customization.
And if an expert takes 80 hours to make it. I can not imagine how many hours it would take for me to do it. I found a lack of respect, I lost my time.This all happened in a very short period of time and does not constitute in any way an opportunity to me. And yet I have to pay for it !!! Do you makes question of my money for nothing? My money is worth more than a dissatisfied customer ? ok…
I took my money and wasted my time.

mottafx. I don’t know the breadth of the customisation you requested as you have not made it clear here for anyone to make a judgement. As I’ve said, the support I’ve had from these guys has been exemplary, which is a world away from the experience you’ve outlined.
I think it’s massively unfair for you write a review like this without the detail, as it does read as if you just didn’t like the price of the customisation, which as far as anybody knows, without the detail, is wholly justified and may even be cheaper than you might expect elsewhere. Also, as the devs have mentioned, what on earth has your individual customisation request got to do with the plugins (pre or post any mods) performance, functionality, support etc?
If you’re going to write a review complaining about a service that many others have hailed as great, please justify it with specifics so we can work out for ourselves whether there’s real meat on the bone. Without it, it’s just hot air, relevancy is questionable and it certainly doesn’t do you any favours as a reviewer.
