Support form with issues, subscription-based service

Their support form and website has seemed to have issues for a year and it makes communication uneasy.
I sent several support forms which did not get through. The only way to get support was through emails.I was trying to cancel the service or make sure it would stop. It was unclear if you’d need to buy a new license or if it would auto-renew. The subscription auto-renew is well hidden: need to dive-into the order, then get to the subscription for the cancellation button to show up. The copy-writing was somewhat misleading so I was not sure if it would auto-renew, especially when the feature for subscription management was hidden behind links.
Finally managed to reach them, we worked things out and I got refunded.
