• Their support form and website has seemed to have issues for a year and it makes communication uneasy.
    I sent several support forms which did not get through. The only way to get support was through emails.

    I was trying to cancel the service or make sure it would stop. It was unclear if you’d need to buy a new license or if it would auto-renew. The subscription auto-renew is well hidden: need to dive-into the order, then get to the subscription for the cancellation button to show up. The copy-writing was somewhat misleading so I was not sure if it would auto-renew, especially when the feature for subscription management was hidden behind links.
    Finally managed to reach them, we worked things out and I got refunded.
