    Hello i have tried to update wordpress over the past few weeks and it keeps on saying its updated then when i go to the wordpress updates page it says the is a update availble and its the same one as before.
    I tried to use the beta plugin at one point but then removed the plugin.

    I dont know how to install the nightly build as i am only 14 please help.
    My dad cant fix it either

  • Have you tried:
    – backup up your database
    – deactivating all plugins
    – switching to the default 2012 theme
    – then – and only then – running the upgrade.

    it says updated to 3.52 but then if i click on wordpress updates again it is still saying the is a update

    Did you try to upgrade to 3.6 beta using the WordPress Beta plugin on this site? If so, why did that fail?.

    No i didnt try that shall i re-install the plugin update the beta then update the main version then update to the full version then remove the plugin ???

    This is what it currently says :
    An updated version of WordPress is available.
    You are using a development version of WordPress. You can update to the latest nightly build automatically or download the nightly build and install it manually

    Give me a few hours. I need to check on whether you can roll back to WordPress 3.5.1 after you’ve used the 3.6 beta version.
