World Class Support

There’s one piece of experience I would like to share – in addition to my review before:

It’s the world class support of Shaped Plugin Gallery Slider for Woocommerce.

I use this plugin for a customer who needs the plugin to display his food product that change on a regular basis. The problem was: My customer uses Samsung digital signage screens from 2014 with in inbuilt OS and an inbuilt browser that resembles an old style Chrome browser.

Up until version 2.7.4 it all worked fine. From version 2.9 on the gallery just did not slide anymore on these old screens. Newer screens had no problem. All it needed was contact to Shaped plugin and some time on Team Viewer to solve this and have it incorporated into the next version.
