extra charge doesn’t display on the printed invoice or the email invoice

Everything looked great at first with the settings and the checkout display but then I realized that the extra charge doesn’t display on the printed invoice or the email invoice which is confusing to customers.

Also the math on the percent extra charge didn’t include shipping so it didn’t meet my need of passing the total credit card fee on to the customer.

So it was a mistake by me to write a 5 star review

Thank you, now its working. But any idea how to make this field taxable? ex: 30 dollar + tax, and to show this on invoice as well ??

There is an option in the add fee parameter. But currently, it is set to false.

I plan to release an option to make it taxable or not in next release.
