I’m not sure which buttons you’re referring to. Could you share an example?

Some support ticket systems, such as

when installed, display a button-like image that says “support”, along the edges of the page, on all pages (or pages chosen), that opens the ticket system for the user when clicked. Sort of like floating social network buttons.

based on your confusion, I suspect you do not have that particular feature. ??
