Works with Infusionsoft

I just wanted to contribute to the plugin, after finding that it works with Infusionsoft. I added the correct Name and Email field information, and copied the Hidden Fields exactly from my Unstyled Infusionsoft Form Code, and the widget is working perfectly, at https://greggdavis.com.
