Works with existing custom post types?

Is there a way for your plugin to work with already existing custom post types and taxonomies? I have a custom post type created with another plugin, as well as custom taxonomies, but they’re not showing up on your plugin.

Are the created post types public?
The plugin works with any post type as long as this is public, if you can do a test let me know.
