works wiht files under 30 mb or less but brakes wiht 30 mb or more

  • I have in my php.ini file set to except file uploads of over a gig as that’s the size of most of my stuff. This works, how ever for some reason and with other digital dl plugins I’ve tried file links brake when they are 30 mb or bigger. These are in my case zip files. I hope this can get looked in to as I have some pretty big stuff to sell in a matter of days and I might not be around to help the user should they get stuck.

    We would be more than happy to help you resolve that issue and to look into it for you.

    The quickest solution is usually to go to Downloads > Settings > Misc and change the “Download Method” option from “Forced” to “Redirect”.

    That will resolve it in 95% or more cases.

    This issue comes from limitations imposed by your hosting account.
