Works well; Support responds quickly

Three years ago, one of my WordPress sites was hacked. Unfortunately, I was not using Wordfence or any other security plugin at the time.
Since then, I’ve used the free version of Wordfence for most of my personal sites, and have begun using the paid version for an ecommerce site.
And so far, I’ve not been hacked. Sometimes I see in the Live Traffic page that Wordfence has blocked some IP or another for attempted malicious uploads, and am glad that Wordfence is busy doing its job.
As for their Premium support, the one time I’ve contacted them, they gave me an effective solution within short order. (There was a problem with Bingbot being blocked because of how I set up country blocking).
