• I like the premise of this app. It scans for changes against the version that WordPress has, and tells you if there are any changes to the file that might be from a hacker or exploit. If you change the theme yourself or anything, you’ll get a lot of false positives, but it’s better than false negatives in my opinion. I like that it sends you emails when someone has logged in, when there’s a problem, and for a number of other reasons. It will also block DDoS attacks, you can see a list of 404s which are often (in my case) attempted exploits, and you can block that IP. It has a number of features that I haven’t seen in other AV packages, one that speeds up how fast the page loads at the expense of being able to see the history. You can also limit access from known bots.

Two things I don’t like about this is that it’s hard to get a hold of these guys if you want free support, and sometimes there are collisions with other plugins. Overall, the far better of the AV plugins I’ve tried though.
