Works well but limited

I’ve used the plugin on one website and overall works well. However, it will not translate (manually) items within a pulldown list. Another issue: since the translations are 1 to 1 with the original language text, it’s almost impossible to use different content in the translated language. I haven’t found any major issues with the slowing down of the page loading but I’m not translating large chunks of text on each page.
