Works well and has great support!

I implemented a custom pdf template but then ran into some permission issues that prevented some users from seeing their pdf. Contacted support and they were extremely helpful (just turned out I had to exclude the pdfs from my website cache and varnish cache).

Always nice when a plugin support team provides you with real help and not just copy & pasted answers from their documentation. Thanks for the help Jake!
