Does exactly as it says, and gives the user a variety of options for displaying the notification, from a notification bar (top or bottom) to various other more discreet alerts.

The only drawback is that if you are using it on an https site, the display of the plugin introduces unencrypted items. However this will not be an issue for those that do not use SSL for their sites.
