When I first installed this, it worked perfectly. Most recently, after I updated WooCoomerce, the integration does not work. Don’t waste your time contacting Printify support. They will simply point the blame at your web host or anything other than trying to help. Probably the worst “customer service” I have ever encountered.

Still trying to get my issue resolved (which appears to be something with the REST API). In the meantime, I am going to explore other companies. Thankfully, there do seem to be competitors in this space.

3/16/19 Happy Update – After many e-mails back-and-forth, my issues were resolved. It took a few times explaining, but the final customer service person I worked with was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide me with clear instructions for how to address. Now the integration with WooCommerce works great.

I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Their tech support is improving (I think they are listening to feedback).

  • Could you describe the fix? I have been on with tech support for 8 days now and they finally told me to disable EVERY plugin. That would ruin my site.

For me, I had to do two things. The main thing was to adjust the max_execution_time with our web host. That did help correct the issue. The other (minor) issue was that somehow the default prices on some of our items got changed. I’m still not sure how that happened, but Printify quickly showed me how to bulk edit items to fix. Since then, I have not had any issues.
