• Update 2015-10-19
I had to update my review mainly because it occasionally looses the configuration for many sites on my network, forcing me to reconfigure dozens to one hundred sites at a time.

This seems to be a really good plugin, although one minor issues has an huge impact on my use experience.

I have a few hundred sites on my Analytics account. When activating the plugin I must pick the correct profile from a dropdown input. The problem is the sites are not by alphabetical order, nor does it have any search feature, forcing me to read through every single item to find the one I need.

Please, please, please. define the sorting or add the search feature.

  • 1. If the Default URL is properly defined in your Google Analytics Property, the plugin automatically selects the right property (see this reply)

    2. In the drop-down list, if you start typing the name you are looking for, the selector jumps to the searched Property.

If that’s what you need, consider updating the rating for this review. Thank you!

I have both URLs and Profile Names set on my Google accounts, but this is what I get in the dropdown:
    https://snpy.link/EYH2wA

By default, at least on the back, the select will jump to the name but only if the typed letters match the start of the option, that would work if the plugin listed properties with “Name > Address” but since it lists with “Address > Name” and most of my properties have “www” in the address, that breaks.

I will gladly give 5 stars once I find a way to deal with this.

I have minor gripes with aesthetics, for which I can contribute with some fixes if you have the plugin on Github.

You can find the GitHub repository on the description tab.

For selection, just type what you need to select, for example:

    www.marto

in a continuous raw without pausing, and you’ll see it jumps to the desired item. It’s a basic functionality that all major browsers have.

Yes, I know about that, but still quite unusable, and im quite proficient navigating through pages using keyboard only bindings.

I was hoping the field could at least be sorted alphabetically, if that isn’t the case I guess I should start looking for other options because the way it is im sorry to say it’s unusable for me.

    Thank anyway for your feedback.
