Works perfectly with Graphene theme

I spent hours looking for a way to have different headers for some of my posts/pages. This plugin makes the task very simple.

Unique Headers Plugin version 1.5.2 works perfectly with Graphene theme version 1.9.4.2 (WordPress 4.4.2).
