Works perfectly, but needs a dummy update!

  • This plugin is absolutely fantastic and I use it in all of my many WordPress installations. Actually, the horizontal admin menus have become so familiar to me that I’m quite irritated when I see a standard WordPress admin menu “right out of the box”.

    From my point of view, there is little or no room for improvement. However, since the plugin hasn’t been updated for more than two years, there is a “warning” shown on the plugin page in the plugin repository which states:

    “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”

    This may prevent new potential users from downloading and testing the plugin. My advice to the developer (if he’s still around): Provide an update, no matter how trivial it may be. Just add “tested for WordPress 5.0 compatibility” or something like that… Your plugin deserves far more attention!
