I use this plugin on multiple client sites – and it works perfectly every time.

I don’t think it’s fair to post a negative review of a product without first establishing if the reason it’s not working is some kind of user error!

I am an experienced web developer, with no connection to the plugin authors, and am certain that the rating of this plugin does not reflect the quality of this plugin.
