Not sure why this option isn’t part of Elementor core functionality but this plugin does exactly what I need it to do.
Perhaps the only thing that should be added to the plugin notes is that the “number of clicks” condition should be set to a high number so that ONLY the trigger URLs make the popups appear. I set mine to 100.
Other than that – perfect.
