• I use Cloudflare. This plugin worked for me with default settings. In Chrome dev tools initiator is Push / Other (after clearing cache of course), unlike in Cloudflare plugin which is bloatware and requires web research and FTP file manipulation to set up and even then server push sometimes works and usually doesn’t.

    It has very clean and convenient interface (although some tweak could be done to make file paths be fully visible, now there isn’t much space).

    I learned that Push setting doesn’t work for me and Preload does, not sure why, I would prefer push actually as it has wider browser support.

    Unfortunately I won’t be able to use it, because it is not compatible with Autoptimize which ensures me better load speed and Google Pagespeed score without Preload. Autoptimize combined css and js are ignored (even if I specify paths to them in resources to push).
