Works on staging site but not live site in Safari

    Hi,

    I’m having issues with the plugin on Safari mobile. The plugin works great on my staging site but it doesn’t work on the live site. (remove “staging3.” from link) Can someone please assist. I’d hate to have to go with a different plugin after having spent so much time translating the entire site.

    Hi,
    Yes. I need help figuring out why the plugin seems to be working fine on desktops and mobile devices and all browsers on my staging site (https://staging3.ahskorea.com/) but not on the live site(https://ahskorea.com/).

    When you try to change the language on the live site it doesn’t work with the ‘Brave’ web browser, or on mobile with the Safari web browser.

    Here are some screen recordings to show what we’re seeing:

    UPDATE:
    It appears that the plugin also isn’t compatible with Google Analytic settings now.

    Before, the plugin would at least work on the Chrome browser, on both the staging and live site. However it looks as though now, the addition of Google Click ID (GCLID) “https://ahskorea.com/ko/?gclid=CjwKCAjwlqOXBhB…” is preventing the translations from happening. ??

    Super disappointing. The plugin seemed very promising but unfortunately we’re going to have to go with another option. Hopefully this will be helpful with considerations in future versions.
