Works on Mobile but not on PC

Hi there, thanks for your feedback and enquiry. We’ve not been able to replicate this issue at our end and it shouldn’t matter what device you’re viewing the website on, the popups should work regardless. The only thing I can think of is if you’re using two separate themes, one for desktop and one for mobile. Please provide us with some additional information on your install and we’ll try and help you if possible. Many thanks ??
