Works on 2 out of 3 of my WordPress sites

  • 1st site – worked second time I ran it.
    2nd site – fails every time
    3rd site – worked after a few attempts.

    2nd site, error is always the same:

    “get_upload_dir_id() – response from the API does not contain the needed info”

    Support tells me “As explained the API response is not always accurate so you can simply re-try until the process finds a good API response.”

    Sorry, I guess using pCloud for backup storage is not an option for me at this time.

    can you please try our recent version, we have applied fixed for this issue about a month ago.
