• Configuration options aren’t too logically arranged but they do work. Documentation isn’t as complete as it could be but the biggest problem is poor support. Sent two requests basically asking questions and no response…crickets. Same with their forum. Because of this I’m testing other plugins in hopes I can find what I need.

    Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but when did you open a support ticket, and what was the domain that was used in the email when you opened them?

    We always reply within 24hrs, but sometimes responses end up in spam folders, or users provide an incorrect email when they create the tickets, this obviously makes it impossible for us to respond.

    The topics you opened on the forum here don’t show any topics opened by you for WP Store Locator?

    Are you 100% sure you used WP Store Locator, and not another plugin? You be surprised how regular we get tickets from users asking for support for another store locator plugin…
