Works like a charm

Ad blocking notice is not very intrusive, but visible enough. Just like I wanted.
Big thanks to developer!

One thing that REALLY needs to be fixed is support of wp caching system.
Even if client disabled ad-blocking, he still sees notice, because it was cached.
