Works intermittently on cart page

This plugin seems to struggle with variable products. I have products with 8 attribute fields, two of which are used for variations. If I leave those two unselected when I add to cart, the plugin works like it should. If I select them, it breaks and defaults to the woocommerce method of only showing the variable attributes that the user can select.
