Works in Test Mode but not in Normal Mode

    I am using WP 3.6, setup as a Multisite. I have installed your plugin and it worked beautifully while in test mode. Once I unchecked test mode, I have not been able to get the pop-up to show up. I’ve deleted my cookies, tried other browsers and tried from a different computer. Any ideas?
