Works in debug mode

Hello! Great plugin.
However, everything is working fine in the debug mode. The pop up video starts automatically and is the correct size. Now when I un click “debug” and try to load it as a normal person visiting the site the video doesn’t automatically start and there is a large white space to the right and bottom. Any advice on how to fix this??
