I’ve created a multi-step form that spans 3 pages (4 with a conditional redirect). The process works great in Chrome. Every element is captured and is sent via email on the last page.

The multi-step form does not work in Firefox or Safari. On page 2 the form doesn’t load and I get “Please fill out the form on the previous page.”

Here are the plugins in use:
    Better Search Replace
    Classic Editor
    Compress JPEG & PNG images

    Contact Form 7
    Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields
    Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms
    Contact Form 7 Redirection Pro

    Download Monitor
    Duplicate Page
    Email Before Download
    Hide YouTube Related Videos
    Select Slider Revolution
    Slider Revolution
    Templatera
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Select Yoast SEO

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

It looks like the pages are cached. You’ll need to ask your host to exclude all pages that have the multistep form from your cache.

Just to let you know this is purely a caching problem not a browser problem. I just tried it in Chrome and received the “Please fill out the form..” message.
