Works great except when it doesn't!

I’ve used your plugin on this site https://metroagstrategies.com. It works great. But we’re having a bit of a conundrum on the home page. If you scroll down to the portfolio on the homepage the 5th thumbnail (farmer’s market) is forced right and the next 3 are below it. If I move that item to any of the first 3 positions the 2 rows behave as desired as you can see on this cloned version of the site https://metroag.wpstagecoach.com/. But anywhere after the first row and I get the same effect as seen on the live site. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Client says he already played with adjusting the dates and he gets the same thing. Also note that on the full portfolio page the order behaves normally here https://metroagstrategies.com/portfolio/. So I’m not even sure if your plugin is the issue or what else it could be. Color me puzzled. THANKS for any help.
