  • The online reviews for Advanced File Manager sounded great, but it was the availability of an inexpensive companion front-end plug-in for the user interface that convinced me to download and install the pair.

    Created a new page. Inserted some Shortcodes. It didn’t work. ugh! Did I waste my money?

    At 8:30am EST (US) on a Sunday morning I dispatched an email plea for help. Ten minutes later I had a response. After a quick series of email exchanges, they identified a problem in my Daniella theme and fixed it.

    Support doesn’t get any better than this.
