Works great!

I was looking for a plugin to add a date field on my checkout page and notify my customers that they have the option to select a future delivery date, according to my pre-defined date range. This plugin really does what it says, I am also enjoying the orders with delivery date plugin page through which I can see all my orders that have been selected for future delivery.
