Hi,
I was wondering if you could give me some insight (directions) for using this plugin. I have it installed, clicked on the Enable Form Persistence and added my Page Breaks to form. What next – I’m not sure how to get the user to log in and then save the form to get back and use again to complete. Can you help me?

You don’t have to get the user to login. Once the user reaches the end of the first page of your form and clicks next to get to the second page, the first page of data will be saved so if they abandon the form and return it will pre-fill the first page of data.
