Proceed with caution, very poor customer service.

  • If you are not a WP expert stay clear, paid $250 for a CDN configuration and the level of customer service was less than one star, they seem to not be able to do what they claim, one email said GoDaddy invite accepted, the next email said with attitude that they need access to GoDaddy, than they changed the DNS record in the wrong domain, they hide behind some email system that is anonymous.

    A complete waste of money it appears all they want to do is sell another subscription to yet another service.

    With some small amount of research I could do what they charged $250 (that is how I found that they had changed the wrong DNS record) for and I’m certainly not a computer expert at this point I zero faith that they have configured anything correctly.
