Awesome Plugin, works flawlessly, very good support

    The developer is very responsive and willing to do things right:

    Fixed: the label for attribute is no longer printed if no ID has been provided

    The plugin itself works flawlessly, meaning all forms being output by wordpress work nice with bootstrap. Unfortunately, the html-output is not valid, leaving the <label for=””> emtpy. This outputs an error if you want to validate your site.

    Fixing this would be awesome – sure will update to 5 stars then.
