Functional and robust.

Likes :
– deliverability
– mails rendering compatibility across readers
– easy composing
– easy management control panel
– useful addons

Dislikes:
– layout somewhat inflexible (would love editable css, but don’t know if that’d be robust enough for mails)
– maybe I’ve poorly understood the design and capabilities, but had to jump through hoops and use workarounds to avoid erratic global unsubscriptions (we have 3 mailing lists, of which 2 are non-public; we wanted to avoid people mistakenly unsubscribing from all lists when they thought they were only removing the public one).
