Works for responsive themes?

Hi there,
This plugin works for Responsive Theme as Sahifa? I had changed my theme (Explicit to Sahifa) and theres 12 diferent sizes of each image on uploads folder, so, if I use this plugin, will only leave there the used ones for sahifa theme?
