Core Web Vitals not improving

    Hello there. I am using the Litespeed Cache plugin to optimize the page speed and core web vitals of my website. I believe my server is on the Litespeed server. Besides the regular settings, I have turned off the compressions from Cloudflare and also enabled Rocket Loader. Now, inside the Litespeed Cache plugin, I have turned on all sorts of minification options. When it comes to caching, I want to turn on the Object Caching but the plugin returns the following error:
    Memcached Extension: Disabled
    Redis Extension: Disabled
    So, how do I get these functions working? Moreover, I am using Google Adsense on my website. Without Adsense code, the core web vitals of this particular page is around 89 to 90 and with Adsense, it is reduced drastically to 59. How can I get these issues solved? Thanks in advance. Moreover, I am using the Appyn theme, I don’t have much experience in this design.

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    please try General -> Guest mode and Guest Optimization

    for redis/memcached, you need to have PHP extension and also the redis/memcached server process running.
