Works fine with the simple task

This works fine doing the simple task, to restrict author to a specific category to post in. Its not more than that, and its very useful running a blog with more writers.
After install, you should open ALL USERS, and EDIT the one user you want to restrict to only one category. First You have created this category. Now You can set the user to this category. Easy.
